I was just bored and staring at the computer and there it was a beautiful wallpaper of Yamapi staring back at me.  I thought I just had to draw him.  And so I did.  And here it is.

ok, so I just had a really difficult test.  To detox from all the learning stress I drew a kurosaki pic.



As always, there is something seriously wrong with the drawing, and I can't put my finger on it, so I don't know how to fix it.  Anyways, it's too late to fix it now.

  

Oh, while I was at it, I penned in the nobuta trio drawing too.

I feel like I've been away from lj since, like forever.  I did managed to make a birthday card for Yamapi.  I already sent it last week.  Wonder how long does it take to get to Japan, and how long before it actually reaches him.  Also, Pi talked about Cherry blossoms for two consecutive days in previous weeks, so I drew Cherry blossoms.  Not too happy with the result though.  I'm still struggling with the watercolor techniques, and well, I don't have any experience painting in watercolor. 
So this is the first version of the card I tried with colorpencil. 

The paper didn't pick up the color very well.   So I made another one in watercolor.   

I ended up sending the second pic.  But I promise some days I will paint a truly beutiful sakura branch for you, Pi. 

Ahh, I missed all my lj friends.  I'm sorry I haven't been commenting.  It's the classes I'm taking that's torturing me.  I'm starting to really really hate math.  Can't wait till the summer *sigh*  There're nothing else I can do in the mean time.  But I do read all your lj's from time to time.   For those who are feeling down, cheer up sweeties, it's Yamapi's birthday.  Have a piece of strawberry cake :)

It's only a quick sketch and I mostly concentrated on the nose and lips.  I don't know if anyone can see the resemblance.  I do think the nose looks like Johnny's nose. 

I'm bored but I don't feel like drawing.  So I'll just post an old drawing I did a long time ago.
